Business/Office Assistant Manager

Duties will include but not limited:

• Front Office:
  • Greet Clients
  • Answer incoming calls
  • Responsible for reporting and taking care of any office needs
  • Maintain a clean and organized front office
• Office Administration
  • Data Entry
  • Database Segmentation
  • Incoming/Outgoing Mail
  • Investment Administration
    • Assist High Net Worth clients
    • Document correspondence
    • Follow up with clients for documentation
    • Interface with clients via phone and in office
    • Organize and send out monthly investment reports
    • Assist investment team with marketing material, events, transactions
• Accounting Administration
  • Assist with Payables/Receivables
  • Filing/document organization
  • Interface with lenders and lenders’ requests
  • Assist with monthly/quarterly/annual reports
  • Working with Yardi System
