Investing in PPA Group Private Placements is as easy as A B C

A. To invest in Private Placements offered by The PPA Group (PPA), you must meet certain financial suitability standards established by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

In order to participate in our offerings, one must be an Accredited Individual Investor. Individuals who meet one of the following criteria are considered to be accredited.
  1. Any natural person whose individual net worth or joint net worth with that person's spouse, at the time of the purchase of the security, exceeds $1,000,000 or

  2. A natural person who had an individual income in excess of $200,000 in each of the two most recent years or joint income with that person's spouse in excess of $300,000 in each of those years and has a reasonable expectation of reaching the same income level in the current year.

B. A member of our Investor Relations team will contact you to review your information and help determine your suitability to invest. Once approved, you will receive a username and password, which will allow you to periodically review our Private Placement Offerings.

C. Review specific offerings and discuss with our Investor Relations team if this particular investment is appropriate for you.
